The Sherman Machine and Iron Work Building project was Certified as a Preservation Tax Incentives project meeting the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation in the Fall of 2013. It is located in the Bricktown entertainment district of Oklahoma City. Originally the manufacturing site of metal products (see 1903 historic photo), the property evolved over time into the building constructed in 1928 to accommodate office and warehouse functions. The new owner has recently moved into the completed sales, product display and office spaces.
